Please contact any of the folks listed below if you are interested in giving your time, sharing the gifts God has equppped you with, or even if you just need to have a conversation about their area. Coordinates the various ministry areas of Bethel. All ministry groups are represented on this council which meets monthly. |

| Description: |
Budgets and manages overall finances of the church. |

| Staff Parish Relations Committee |
| Description: |
Provides evaluations annually for staff and pastor.
Provide salary structures for staff and pastor.
Meet with the pastor to discuss issues of church and staff.
Recommend to Church council policies for hiring contracting, and evaluating staff.
Keep informed of personnel matters and policies. |

| Description: |
Represents the congregation at large at various church meetings and act in an advisory capacity to the pastor. Congregants should contact the Lay leader to discuss suggestions, concerns or the direction of Bethel. |
