- Hired a P/T Youth Minister, Justin Cabe, and a P/T Children's Minister, Chanda White
- Hosted a welcome reception for Youth and Children's Minister
- Hired the Interim Music Minister, Margaret Marlow, for the P/T Music Minister position
- Planned a church-wide wedding shower for the newly wedded Youth Minister and his wife
- Approved staff development opportu-nities for Pastor, Music Minster, and the Pianist
- Completed the annual Pastor Evaluation for the North Georgia Conference
- Approved a Bethel UMC Hiring Policy and Procedure
- Presented Pastor Lavell with a stained glass cross during Pastor Appreciation Month in October
- Collected and distributed the 2011 Christmas Staff Love Offering
- Surveyed congregation on what it wants in its children's ministry
- Took children on first ever field trip to Rock Ranch
- Renamed 5PM Sunday evening ac-tivity to Go BeYonD- wanting chil-dren to go beyond self, community, church
- Over $200 net profit from Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough sale
- Planning Parent Time Away day for community
